We all know financially men make more than women, although withholding the same place in a corporate setting. The unfortunate fact was drilled into my head when my former high school professor educated me. Gazing through the printout in front of me, at the harsh men vs. women statistics, it boiled my blood. For me to get in a holiday dancing spirit, I played “Sleigh Ride” by TLC. After belting out the lyrics,

I was pumped to go to my friend holiday party. For my holiday party makeup look, I decided to use GA-DE Cosmetics Fall 2016 collection for the reason of the perfect elements it has to create the holiday makeup go to look, the smokey eye.The selection included a basic matte eyeshadow palette with a range of warm earth tones mix with festive gray hues.First I used the lightest color in the kit on my eyelids. Then I worked the chocolate shadow into the light color and slightly above the lid creases. After that, I use the gray/black shade a little past the outer corner of the lids.I use the caramel tone eyeshadow to outline my bottom eyelashes to make my eyes pop.To blend the colors together, I used the second lightest shade and patted my eyelids repeatedly until each color looked like it was tied together.
