Staying in has become the new norm these days, and while in the beginning, I was stressing out. Now I’m not mad at it. I’m learning new skills, and while attempting to work out at home has not been at all successful. I did come across a practice that is now incorporated into my daily routine. While browsing through at-home yoga videos, I came across Yoga Face Exercises, and I can’t believe I never heard of this practice before being #safeathome.

One can add Yoga Face Exercises in a morning or nighttime skincare routine. To keep it along with the theme, I use, I Dew Care skincare latest collection, Yogi Kitten. It comes with everything one needs to great self-care day. The Yogi Kitten Skincare collection includes:

  • Namaste Kitten Clarifying Cannabis Sativa Hemp Seed Oil Cleanser-$19
  • Cat HeadBand (Available in Black or White) $6
  • Yoga Kitten Balancing Heartleaf Clay Mask $23
  • Juicy Kitten Purifying Power-Green Serum $25
  • Silicone Face Mask Brush $8.00

The collection comes in a cute ballet slipper pink and forest green packaging. The color combination is refreshing to see in a skincare line because it is not common in the market. The collection targets acne-prone skin, which is great for me since I have problems with blemishes. Make sure before starting the facial workout to have your face fully clean.

I start with have my hair pull back using the Cat Headband and I apply the Yoga Kitten Balancing Heartleaf Clay Mask. The clay mask is green and has a scent that reminds me of sage making me feel really calm. I apply the clay mask with the Silicone Facial Brush, using the brush makes it easier to apply and mess-free. Most masks are good to use once or twice a week, so I only apply on my mask days, it tends to be Selfcare Sunday.

I wait for about the reccomded ten min for the mask to dry and then I apply the Namaste Kitten Clarifying Cannabis Sativa Hemp Seed Oil Cleanser. The cleanser is a darker green than the mask and has a thicker texture than most cleansers I’m familiar with using. The heavy texture doesn’t mind me as much because of how my face feels afterward, super smooth! I’ve been trying the cleanser multiple times and now it is going to be hard to replace if this cleanser sells out because I’m truly obsessed.

After I wash off the clay mask and facial cleanser with lukewarm water I apply the last skincare product before I get my facial muscles pumping (or “purring” in the case of this collection) The Juicy Kitten Purifying Power-Green Serum is also of a green hue reminds me of using a potion however it does come with a really cool feature the dropper comes angled so one can apply it directly onto the face. I honestly didn’t know that only after trying it a couple of times. I should really place close attention to my droppers now. ]

Now that my face is squeaky clean gert in on the face workout by clicking the video below:
