About a couple weeks ago I received a shipment of Revlon latest photo ready collection. I reached out to my followers on Instagram Stories and Snapchact. I asked them what makeup look I should create with using the photo ready beauty items from Revlon. A fellow vlogger named Trae Trae suggested to keep it simple by doing a highlight and conceal video. I took her suggestion and decided to roll with it!

Focusing on highlighting and concealing I did not want to add contouring to my Revlon photo-ready tutorial. I swamped out contouring and decided to prep my eyes with a dark look. I use hues of metallic and browns on the eyelids. My decision for going for a dark eye look is the warm colors will compliment the natural glow I’m creating for my face. I topped off the dark eye look with black liquid eyeliner and lengthening mascara.

After I prepped my eyes I gathered the Revlon photo ready collection:

  • Eye Primer+ Brightener in shade number 003
  • Concealer in shade number 004 Medium
  • Sunlit Dream highlighting palette in shade number 002
  • Revlon Photoready translucent finisher

First I use the Revlon Photoready Eye Primer+ Brightener underneath my eyes. I turned the knob and created small dots on the lines I have underneath my eyes. After I created the dots, I put a heavy coat to help prime the concealing process for my eye bags. ( As shown above,
I use the Revlon Photoready Eye Primer+ Brightener to set my eyeshadow before using it underneath my eyes)

Afterward, I applied Revlon Photoready Concealer in shade number 004 Medium on top of the heavy coat of the Revlon Photoready Eye Primer+ Brightener. Of course, the concealer is also a great use for all my acne scars. The shade of this particular concealer is a bit to light for my skin tone. To help darken my face, I use powder from my contour kit (not to contour at all, just to darken the concealer on my face)

Right before my eyes, my skin imperfections were disappearing, and I was happy I only had two more products to use.  The next product is the Sunlit Dream highlighting palette in shade number 002. I use each powder insert in his palette to highlight my face. The first powder insert (the lightest one) I brush onto my brow bones.

At this instant, expecting an ivory shimmer instead it was more pigmented than I thought it would be. It appears more gold however I did not hate it. Then, I use the second powder insert (the one on the right) for the top of my nose and my philtrum. The final two inserts I use on my cheeks.Abobe all, I fell in love with the gold tones of the first powder insert, I use it to highlight my lips. Simply putting on the lipstick and using the highlight in the middle part of my lips.

Photo Ready

Mesmerized by the glow I was ready to finalize my photo-ready look. Ultimately, I took the brush out of the translucent finisher packaging and brush the finisher across my entire face. The  translucent finisher gave me a shine-free luminous finish
