Pop Beauty: The Permanent Pout Lip Swatching

A few months ago, I attended one of the most popular beauty festivals, Beauty Con. As I do annually, I gather a few goodies to give back to my followers. I love showing all my readers appreciation. This year after the festival ended, I received a surprise from Pop Beauty Cosmetics. The company told me I won a beauty box and to send them my shipping address. A few weeks later, I receive a cute polka dot pink and white box from the brand, and I was dying to open it.

Although I usually will open up a makeup gift box with the quickness. A little voice in my head told me to, “Hold your horses.” I recently schedule a vacation to visit my family in Puerto Rico and thought it was a great idea to unbox it there. Why waste money on buying new makeup when I have one waiting for me to open up.

On one of my days in Puerto Rico, we were taking a ride around my father town, Guayama. As I got ready, I decided now is the perfect time to show you my Pop Beauty gift box. I plop my behind on a purple and white bedspread in the room I was staying and open the polka dot box. The box came with hot pink tissue wrapping while a sticker with the company name held it together.

As I ripped open the hot pink tissue paper, six gorgeously package lipsticks appear, and I couldn’t help to let out an excited squeal. I won a Pop beauty lipstick kit in a range of nudes and reds. The collection carries matte lipsticks, which are kissable and drinkable proof, which I later tested. Each lipstick is paraben free and not tested on animals.

The full coverage lipsticks are all selected from a beauty guru and explaining what the shade means to them. The beauty gurus are a1delatorre, themegscahill, and vicmram. Each of their signature on the packaging. a1delatorre: Her lipstick shades are a classic red called “Go-getter. Out of all the lips I swatch this one is my absolute favorite, is always hard to get a perfect red. She also picks the shade “Sweet Harmony,” which is her everyday nude lipstick, and I can see why.

The next makeup artist is themegscahill. The lip shade of her choice is “Pale Baby, “which she claims hilariously is her longtime nickname. The second lip shade is “Chakra,” which is a perfect medium of a red and nude mix, creating a soft mauve. Honestly, this is my second favorite shade, and I believe it is all in the name. As a spiritualist, I strongly believe in “Chakra.” In its meaning of spiritual power in the human body, usually, consider being seven in number.

The last makeup influencer is vicmram. However, unlike the other artists, he selected two nude lippies to represent in his name. His first nude lip is “Basic B,” and the second lipstick name is after the letter “Z.” “Basic B” is of a beige nude, “Z” is of a pink nude. Check out Pop Beauty for your lipstick needs.
