If you haven’t heard about the It Works brand by now what planet are you living on? I’ve seen the It Works brand everywhere associated with health and weight loss products. If you have seen the brand in its eye-catching lime green logo, it’s because you have seen someone testimonial. Or one of the agents tried to message you on social media to try the products at a discount. Typically I was weary when I met my friend Natalie who is an It Works representative. Then after I tried their energy powder and hair, skin and nails pill, my opinion changed for the positive. Now they have a new It Works cleanse, and I’m here to tell you about my experience.

The juice cleanse been popular for a while now, but I always believe I’m too much of a foodie so I could never try it. Then I was telling Natalie how I’ve put on my “happy relationship weight,” and I couldn’t find a way to shed a few pounds. Working two jobs and having a side hustle, feeling like giving up is normal. She mentions the cleanse and how I can still eat food with the diet. I got all starry eyes and knew I should give it a try.

Natalie explains to eat food with the cleanse I have to be careful about the type of food I eat along with the portion and of course every diet rule, to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. I told her I accept the challenge. The following week I wrote a groceries list and visited the Trader Joes supermarket.

I like the Trader Joes supermarket because it is more affordable than Whole Foods. It also helps keep my focus on buying more healthier options than shopping at the local supermarket. Some of my groceries include almond milk, egg whites, diced mangos, pineapple chunks, green pepper, tomatoes spring salad mix, spinach, carrots, ground turkey and sweet potatoes. Some food options to steer away from is white rice, white potatoes, cheese, sugary drinks, butter, fried food, and junk food.

After I got my groceries, I went home and mealed prep. For lunch and dinner, I made two options. One option is a chicken salad including carrots and tomatoes. Another option is ground turkey with sweet potatoes, green peppers, onions, and vegetables. I also bought breakfast options, which include egg whites or fruit, and the last option is to make a smoothie. Now I did buy enough to last me for about a week.

Although I bought enough groceries to survive a workweek, the cleanse claims it can help you lose weight in just about two days.   1. Sounds like an interesting product! it’s good it worked for you! When my jeans get a little too tight I just stop eating so much chocolate, haha! I try eat healthy most of the time but love a bit of sneaky chocolate now and then!
